should I have been alerted?
I never received any sort of alert on the Tesla app as this woman was trying to open the door to my truck, twice.
I am not very familiar with the security system. If I pulled out the thumb drive and stuck it my Mac Air, would I see more than I see him just the Tesla app?
Saturday night It appears that a car drives by the back of my truck. 11 seconds later.

Mine will alert me if the door button is pressed.

Only exception to this would be if I was in the parking lot at the same time, and close enough that the truck can detect my phone. Then it seems to be less concerned if someone presses the button.

edit: Not that you should have to do this... Because it should just be standard in the Tesla app in my opinion. But if you want to be alerted for all sentry triggers, download an app like Tessie.

Sentry alert notifications will happen if Sentry is on and someone tries to open any door on any Tesla. For the CT this includes all four entry doors plus the Frunk, vault cover controls and tailgate button.

She looks cute, should have remote unlock and talked to her through the app. Hahaha!

Maybe someone was playing a joke on her to try and get her in trouble?

If not, that looked like a model 3, so either there was another CT in that parking lot, or they thought your truck was someone else they know.

This one doesn't particularly look nefarious to me, to be honest. And I'm assuming you didn't have any footage of them looking into the windows or anything else?

I find more people just want to see what it looks like inside.

Some people need a software update for situational awareness. But you totally get a notification on disrupted charging, people trying to open your door, AC being on for a extended period of time, frunk, tailgate etc all left open.
