Drivers side front door skin? it appears to be notched out for the exterior mirror.
With the light reflecting on it, it sure appears to show it's "thickness"
"3 mm (1⁄8 in) 30x-series cold-rolled stainless steel body panels"

I was highly skeptical of Tesla keeping the 3mm thick SS specification for the production Cybertruck. This photo puts my skeptical side at ease.

Not sure that thickness will be all around however. Just the simplest way to reduce weight.

At least, on the front quarter panels anyway. I could see SOME panels thinning out and I wouldn't mind it.

I am not expecting the front fenders or frunk hood to be the same thickness as the rest of the body. A five star crash rating is always a priority at Tesla.

Definitely a driver front door panel, with the cutout for the rearview attachment

actually kind of surprised the rearview attachment has such a cutout, if the mirrors are detachable.wouldn’t make for the cleanest of looks with the mirrors removed, not to mention whatever cap they may provide would need to ensure no water ingress

(ignore the red arrow for this purpose - it’s just showing where the mirror folds)
