Wow, I've never seen this photo. Is that diagonal a place for multiple attachment points or some kind of chain-drive for the tonneau?

Got to be a tray on the bed floor. There is no pivot to the front wheel . It is not fork mounted as we can see the front wheels.

I believe that is the “L” track connector system.
