Great job!!! Im surprised it took a vendor this long to offer an alternative to the cheap plastic factory part.

It looks like an OEM part which I really like.

Sail panels next?

Could you post the installation instructions? Trying to see how the tailgate piece is installed. Is it just the interior bolts holding it on or something else in the back?

Nice! Are sail panels (top and side) coming soon? Mine side panel has a 2" hole where e-bike handlebars went thru, but all I can find is molle, looking for simple metal replacement. Bundle deal?

Why not just check the public service manual?

Thanks but I was asking about the new piece. Will it use the same push clips + screws?
No push clips only screws. Test piece has been on shop truck since July with no issues. Will post install video tomorrow

Here is the aspect they mention that may answer your question.

The description from their link above:
Lucky’s tailgate cover upgrades the factory plastic with a durable, powder-coated 304 stainless steel design. Unlike the factory plastic cover, which relies on push clips, our cover bolts securely to your truck using the original mounting holes for a stronger, more reliable fit.

Looks pretty damn good. Saved me from drawing up in CAD, bending one out of aluminum and then having it powder coated. Seems like a pretty fair price too. Ordering now.

Okay, removed the last of the furniture from Santa's workshop to take to storage and even though I was careful, I scratched the heck out of the plastic tailgate lip...broke my heart but I feel avenged ordering this much needed, and welcomed, improvement for Blitizen the Beast. Thanks for a product well needed.
