This past week I've been getting the "Navigating without Connectivity" error screen and losing all cellular connectivity in my drives. It started happening with the most recent CT software update. Rebooting the truck seems to fix it for a short while before it appears again during a drive. These drives are in areas where I have never had connectivity issues since I got my truck in May 2024.

My question here is if others are seeing this error? It'll help me figure out if this is a truck specific issue or maybe a broader software update issue. Just curious!

Yes, I've noticed that, but it first occurred over a month ago with mine.

Yes. FS AWD 13xxx

Keeps showing ‘3g’. I’ve tried cycling the modem in Service Mode, which restores LTE but only for a short while.

Started happening after the latest (for me) update: 2026.2.9.10

Happened to me on my 26 PAWD last week too, after the 2026.2.9.10 update. I had the “Navigating without Connectivity”. And weirdly enough, the in-car music service was playing without issue - just Navigation and Grok could work.

And on a side note, the interior cabin camera is performing worse in low light (early morning before sun rise for me). I would sometimes have hands-free mode off in FSD, and I’d have to nudge the steering wheel until sun is up…

I have had it happen to me twice last week. But I didnt need to reset anything, just had to active the wifi button again and it connected. But the warning did say it would take 24 hrs which is didnt do.

I've noticed odd connection issues, very long time for the phone to unlock the doors, a spare key does not work anymore - and will not reprogram.

Long delays on navigation - however, I commute so my destination is not new - perhaps it is caching my previous destination.

This is exactly what I suspected. I think the last OTA introduced something causing this issue now that multiple people are experiencing this after a long period of normal performance. As some of you point out, some network-based service (music) sometimes continues to work while navigation and other network-based services are not working correctly. I have a new 2026 Model Y and it is perfection compared to my Cybertruck. FSD is eons better than CT, reliability on software is eons better and I'm noticing the CT has a subset of software. Like for example, there is a "self-driving" app on the Model Y with statistics, streaks and tutorials. The app doesn't exist at all on the CT. I'm getting worried the CT software team is losing staff or focus.

Grrrr....that would be disappointing if Tesla internal CT resources as being depreciated.

It happens in waves. (Long term owner here.)
It’s been happening to my CT and 17MS recently. Especially when first awaking, in a parking garage or switching from WiFi to cellular. However, it always recovers within 3 minutes tops.

Mine was out for 3 days a month ago, i put in a service request and it started working again 24 hours later. Two days ago it did it again, still out right now. I put in a service request again, which is 2 weeks out. I have tried the scroll wheel and power off, neither fix it. I went into service menu and Network registration was red and shows denied, when I do a modem reset it goes green, but cell link state and cell connection stay red. I checked later again and the network registration went red again.

Wow. Those errors are concerning. I'm wondering if i should also go into the service center so this issue gets logged. I would venture to guess my screen looks very similar. The fact that it comes and goes is getting borderline maddening because when I need it most, it seems to cut out. The service center tends to not want to work on my issues unless they can verify themselves (as if I'm mentally deranged and making things up and want to spend my time in a service center!) so i keep waiting for it to cut out long enough to make an appt.

Thanks for sharing those screens!

My 24 FS AWD is still losing connectivity. I’ve rebooted, powered off, and reset the modem in Service Mode.

I’ll get LTE for a bit, then back to one-bar 3G and red boxes in SM

I’ve got a service visit for Monday 06/01.

When I don't have connectivity, I can't use voice control for destination but I can pick my destination from previous trips by tapping the "Navigation" box then tapping the destination if its still there.

Just to add to the list of people… mine has been very consistent with no connectivity … started a few weeks ago and it now it’s pretty much every time I leave my home.

I got my ct a few years ago and this is a “new” unintended feature.

I drove to the store w/o connectivity and to leave I get 3g… first time I noticed 3g.
