Wanted to close the loop with everyone.

I decided to go to the service center because my issue did not improve after the latest software update.

When I rolled up to the service center, my awesome rep (who has helped me with my CT in the past) said, "Yeah, we've seen this before. I have high confidence we'll need to do a hardware replacement, and we ordered and received the part already."

I got the truck back and it works perfectly now with no more disconnects! Here is what they said on the service summary, "Performed full system diagnosis on the low voltage distribution and controllers. Found internal condition with telematic control unit. Replaced telematic control unit."

I have the best service team in Lake Elmo, MN!

That’s great news!!

I bring mine in tomorrow for the same issue. Like an earlier poster mentioned, I’m disconnected or on 3G more than not now.

They said they have seen it before probably because I had mine replaced there a couple weeks ago to the tune of $650 out of warranty.

Whoa. I got my truck in May 2024 and it was fully covered, no charge. Warranty is four years or 50,000 miles, so I guess you put on some serious miles. I am barely at 25k miles.

I am a little over 63k, I average probably 110 - 150 a day, sometimes more.
