I just don’t understand why they’re so bad at this. And why they never seem to be able to create an organized system that can eliminate these unforced errors in the customer on boarding experience. It’s always been bad but it really seems to be getting worse.I couldn’t tell you that because I took delivery of my sub-200 VIN beast at the end of March ‘24 and still no light bar. Not happy.
You build the damn light bars, you stack them up, count them, distribute them to the service centers get them in place, and then alert owners in chronological order of delivery date to come in for installation. How fucking hard is that?
I got my truck months after you and I’ve had my light bar since November. It’s dumb!
