Tesla Shop confirms Cybertruck projection lights are for front doors only.

I contacted the Tesla Shop on 12-1-24 inquiring if the projection lights could be installed on all four doors. Here's their reply:

As near as I can tell, the training necessary to be a Tesla Advisor consists of “People are gonna ask you things. Ask the same question to google and then tell them what it says. Ready? Hit the floor!”

I absolutely guarantee you will get far more accurate answers from actual owners (like on here, for example) than Tesla’s employees.

They are easy to install. IMO, the only things you need to be cognizant of is trying to pry out the light, be careful not to damage the surrounding material (it's a tight spot), I ended up putting a rag under the screwdriver. On the back doors the wires are shorter and attached to a clip in the door, don't tug too hard. Lastly, be mindful of the depress clip when removing the original lights.
