to whom is voucher PowerShare Equipment sent?

Sorry if I missed this someplace. I ordered the universal charger and gateway using the voucher.

1. Does this equipment get shipped to me, or shipped to the Qmerit certified installer? Tesla doesn’t seem to be providing any tracking information.
2. How long it was from the time you ordered using the voucher till the time the equipment was received?

Once you have an installer, you order the equipment. It gets shipped to you. I've already received the Wall Connector and am waiting on the gateway. I got a tracking number once Tesla shipped the Wall Connector but nothing on the gateway yet.

My installer said "Call this number to schedule the install after you've received the equipment."

I live in California. I’m only having the universal wall charger installed. The equipment was sent to the installer and they contacted me to schedule the installation after they received the equipment and secured the permit. Because I’m only installing the charger, they also gave me the $2500 store credit.

Now just waiting for anything worth getting to be back in stock for the 10 minutes it takes before it’s sold out again.

I got my voucher within 3 to 4 days of my cyber truck purchase. You might want to reach out to Tesla if you haven’t gotten your voucher yet.

Per text from Tesla delivery received today - once truck has been delivered and paid for the voucher should appear in your Tesla account within a few days. Go to Tesla app to text them about ur voucher

I have been told by Qmerit and installer that equipment gets arranged by qmerit who get approval by Tesla and they send to installer. I will not see the voucher. I have an upcoming install appointment that keeps getting moved as they are waiting on equipment to come in.

This is the process for those with the 2.5k for home share and approved for the 4k installation credit.

Not sure what happens if you don’t have the 4k credit.

If it shows up in your order history then it most likely comes to you. Have you contacted the Tesla Store for an update?
