I already bought the floor console tray and mud flaps the other day, didn’t know about the discount code though.

I see there’s a clear and matte, it looks like you have the clear. Did anyone try the matte yet?
Don’t really want it so reflective, but sometimes matte screen protectors look too frosty and a tad harder to see the display.

Elon is allowing people to cut in line so maybe just maybe buying this will do the same ? it is clear but I have been impressed so far with how it handles fingerprints and glare. I do agree sometimes matte makes the screen look worse

Ya, I feel like more trucks are coming out of the factory than a few months ago, but the delivery time still seems to generally be the same. Oh well, I guess more time to build up my aftermarket parts bin ?.
Maybe I’ll try the out the Matte, since I’m in the AZ sun maybe it’ll be better to diffuse then reflect.
I’ll let you know how it goes (eventually) ?

I was going to try this product, however the owner's manual warns against using screen protectors. You can even have warranty issues if the screen protector damaged the screen. So unfortunately, I won't be trying this product.

It says that for all Teslas, not just CTs. And it makes sense for Tesla to say that, right? If you apply an AliExpress $15 screen protector, and it causes issues with/damages the screen, Tesla shouldn't be on the hook for those issues/damages.

FWIW, we've had the Abstract Ocean Matte screen protectors on our two 2020 MYLR's for four years without issue. They look as-new, and the matte does a fantastic job with glare. Makes the screen so much easier to see in the daytime.

I'll be installing the AO matte protectors on my CT once they're available.

I want to give a shout out to TWraps as well. Normally I use Abstract Ocean screen protectors on my other Teslas but AO has been out of CT screen protectors for a while now so I went with TWraps instead. I also decided to try a matte finish this time instead of gloss and I'm actually pleased that I did so. Installation was a breeze per their instructions/video and so far so good. Not sure why Tesla would say not to use one, I literally had a screen saved in my Model 3 by having one (object took a chunk out of the protector). I've never had an issue with any screen protector in 7+ years of use, but I've always used good ones.
