Car claims the charger isn’t providing any power even though I’ve tried two chargers. They don’t work withthe cybertruck but work perfectly with my model x. Easy manual fix or bring it in for service?

I’m thinking service. I haven’t seen that specific error, but we had an issue with our MX several years ago. It would not charge on L2 at home, but our other EV would. It would still charge at Superchargers, but a few days later it wouldn’t supercharge either, so I went straight to the service center with it since we had no way to charge it anymore. They ended up having to replace the charge port (and perhaps some other components). That was back in 2018, so I don’t remember all the details.

Was it covered under warranty? How long did service take?

Yes, it was covered under warranty. I don’t recall any major delays, I think we got it back fairly quickly (we actually had an existing appointment scheduled a week or two away and they took care of everything on that drop off).

Have you tried supercharging or possibly using a different L2? I tried charging our MX and with my brother-in-laws mobile connector once before and kept getting an orange charge ring, not sure why it didn’t want to charge with it).

I haven’t yet, but that doesn’t change the fact that I can’t charge at home. I don’t live near any superchargers, I’d have to make a 30 minute trip to try it. I have tried a mobile connector connected to a washer outlet and an actual wall connector, both didn’t work.

Power Conversion System may have failed. Could try screen reboot and power off... but I'm not hopeful.
How many miles on it?

You said you tried with 2 chargers, is one a wall charger and the other a mobile or are they both wall chargers?

I had this issue with my cybertruck and had to charge it off the mobile charger the first night. Next day I realized that I had set up my tesla wall charger to only charge approved teslas (my old model y was the only one allowed) so I changed the settings and it worked.

I would try a mobile charger, even a 120v 15a would verify the onboard charger works and if it does, it is probably an issue with your wall charger.

This has happened TWICE on my CT. Both times it was a Power Conversion System (PCS) replacement. First one took 3 weeks back in May. Second time was a couple weeks ago and took a week to repair. Both times it was mostly due to waiting on parts. Actual repair was 1 day.

Ended up booking a service appt on the 22nd and taking it in on the 23rd. Repair was estimated to be done on the 31st but was done a day earlier. I assume the delay was because of parts (as can be seen from the firmware codes reported during service). Issue was a faulty fuse, required replacing the whole high voltage harness. (NOTE: THE CAR WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL, I JUST COULD NOT CHARGE IT) Warranty completely covered it. First image: full service invoice with PII redacted. Second Image: Main Problem from the invoice. Third Image: Firmware codes reported by the truck before taking into service (when I discovered the issue). Fourth Image: Firmware codes reported after delivering the truck (probably done by Tesla to verify the issue). Fifth Image: Firmware codes reported during service.
