Unresolved front drive unit noise, guidance or suggestions?

Well I require a 5th visit now, I sent an email to regional manager and cced service manager, supposedly the tech is out sick who drove it with me last time hearing the noise, invoice is now saying two techs unable to make the noise. 2 times now the ride along they hear but then don’t document in the final invoice. Manager also said there is NO revision FDU for the AWD foundation of the F code FDU. Now have to wait 4 weeks to go back in. 14 years owning Tesla and it’s never been this bad.

Really dont like when they leave out these important details. Almost seems intentional, mine wouldn’t document the fact there was a clear difference from a test drive on their own truck and mine.

Haha that’s exactly what I told the manager and said the parts guy said there isn’t. Like how is this chirping metal scraping normal, right after I stoped recording the louder air whooshing started too, just left the service center. I just put a collection of what I have sent them…

Yeah that is definitely not ok. Super annoying whistle yours has along with the rattle/grind that kicks in at about 33mph. Really wish there was some sort of recall for this that would move this along more consistently with a resolution.

Been looking into lemon law buyback. Concerned with the part about needing multiple attempts to repair when tesla seems to be dodging it in my case by not even acknowledging it in their service visit, what would you do in that case to anyone familiar with lemon law?
