Got two owners confirmed they are on 2024.45.25.5 with no issues but their build date is like early 2024
I got 45.25.5 about a week ago, so far no problem. VIN# 188XX built July ‘24.

Finally got them to come out. The truck will not start now. It's dead. I decided to remove the wall charger myself.

So you did exactly what I did. Which I should have done earlier on the first attempt towing, by removing the wall charger from the wall. It would have saved me several days. In your case, a week! Glad they were able to tow it.

Update:
I received information today from the SC and they stated they have started the repair process with my cybertruck. An hour or so later, my cybertruck phoned home and it now shows “Parked” rather than “Last seen 9 Days ago”. This means there is progress.

Update:
I was notified today that I could pick up my cybertruck. I spoke to ghe advisor for additional detail and I was informed that the internal left body controller went out and stopped communicating to the battery. They had the part in inventory and they replaced it. They did additional diagnostics and found no other issues (cross fingers). They also replaced the 12v battery and installed the wheel cover. Drove it home and so far so good.

Does the service invoice say 12v? I’d expect it to be a 48v battery.

on the notes, it just states that he also replaced battery. Didn’t specify, however, the advisor told me himself that they replaced the 12v battery.

I'm guessing he probably misspoke. Not aware of a 12v battery in the CT, but there is a 48v battery. Does the invoice show part number 1679931-00-F? If not, what part number is it showing?

Apparently my security module was fried as well as they had to give me new card keys.

Yep, I had to get new keycards and reconnect my phone. They state it wasn’t the security module, it’s just that it has a new left controller which no longer had the original memory.
