Tesla would’ve included stock vestment at onboarding, Elon wouldn’t have to be worried his employee is locked out of participating in equity. Owning a piece of the firm is what entrepreneurship is built upon. Every employee having “ skin in the game” is SteveJobsian.
Instead, Elon’s working on some financial model that dilutes fractional ownership down to a $number people can understand and afford.
