Volume goes up randomly

Do you have another driver messing with you? I do that to my wife sometimes.

Does it happen when trying to increase max speed? My sometimes goes down when changing to a lower speed, or pauses when I start FSD

We had this happen. Returned to the Truck from our shopping and the radio went full blast and couldn’t turn it down at all. We left it off until getting home and let the truck power off. It was fine after that. Shortly after that a few days later the screen locked. We had to do the reboot by pressing both rollers to reset it

So I had appointment for tires today
Added the volume problem for review
They ended up installing a new steering wheel

Happened to me today. Stopped and did a hard reset and it fixed it.

I had that happened to me when I was falling asleep at the wheel. Yea the scroll wheel wouldn’t turn it down. By the time I messed with it and found turning it off and on worked, I was fully awake.
I thought it was latest update that Tesla programmed into the car to battle sleepiness! lol.
