Yep… I have been sitting on mine. I have a list of items that I want but the have no stock. I’m ok with waiting as I really want that CCS adapter to drop. But this is definitely frustrating.

Yes...I was referring to the one that is compatible with the CT.... I dont want to build a franken-adapter.

100%. That was very poorly implemented.

Tesla should at least let us convert into tesla cash that doesn’t expire and that can be spent as much as the customer wants.

I just got the last item in my order and I am now hoping we get a blizzard this weekend! (guess what that item was...) But yes, it is super frustrating that most tings were out of stock but all you have to do is check 172 times a day for all the items you want then double and triple check they ARE finally in stock at the same time then enter the code and hope it is right, then click order...simple, right?

Why give us 2500 dollars we can’t spend!!?! Everything is out of stock. They should let us use it in software upgrades or super charging. The only thing we can get is a tent… and it will cost us money to do that! Maybe I should be able to get FSD on my other Tesla or premium connectivity. So basically here’s your cash to buy things in our store but we have nothing to sell you and you have a year to spend it… and all in one go! Have fun!!

My original email said the voucher code would be emailed to you within two weeks of taking delivery. I've only taken delivery a week ago so I'm not sure what the experience has been for others.

You might be better off because they expire so the longer before you get a voucher the more likely things will be in stock and/or the items that aren’t even produced yet get made! I’ve been waiting on the roof rack and keep watching it get pushed further and further back!!

The additional problem is the items are coming piecemeal and you have to spend in full. I wouldn’t care so much if I could have bought the tailgate cover(now sold out) and waited for the roof rack and spare tire to be in stock, but you can’t do that! You have to hope everything you’d like is available at the same time it’s infuriating and demonstrates they don’t want us to optimally use the credit. If they did we could use it like any other standard voucher or credit.

At least you’ll getting vouchers, as of 5/22 I guess they stopped including them in new orders, my order date 5/24, noting listed on there my order agreement about a voucher or help with installation costs.
