this is not a big issue and I think Tesla can easily fix, so fanboys, please do not overreact. I, as a early beta tester, just want Telsla to improve .
you stop wiper after rain stop, but water stays lower and side part of windshield, then unlike other cars, the wiper of CT sits vertically on the side, so all remaining water at the lower part of windshield climb up gradually, then you use wiper, then water move to lower part again, but will move up again as soon as wiper sits vertical. sometime wiper sits horizontal, but moves back to vertical position eventually. so the problem goes away if we can keep the wiper horizontal. we might be able to do it now by changing setting, but could not find that setting quickly, and now my CT is at detailing shop for wrapping. hoping there is a setting to keep it horizontal or software update.

Valid complaint, broken English. That said, I am sure that Tesla decided on the base/parked position for the wiper, but it would probably be easy for Tesla to configure a non-parked position setting.

I am trying so hard to visualize this, but I agree… minor engineering fix

This happens when you drive somewhat fast (cant remember the exact speed), especially at freeway speeds during rain.

The front end of the Cybertruck causes the airflow to be deflected upward, rather than directly hitting the bottom of the windshield area where the wiper is in its down position, except for a very weak flow. As a result, when using the wiper at speed during rain, it swipes down, bringing a bunch of water down with it. However, this water doesn't flow down as expected due to the weak airflow and has nowhere to go, so it pools right under the wiper.

When the wiper comes back up, the puddle of water slowly creeps up over the windshield, eventually blocking the field of view and necessitating the use of the wiper again. This cycle repeats again and again until the puddle is eventually swung away little by little by the wiper.

A setting for keeping the wiper in its down position would help for the puddle of water to eventually be cleared up flowing to either side of the wiper
This is far better description than mine:) hope everyone understood now!

And it might compound with the smaller windshield angle comparing to other vehicles. Other vehicles have much steeper angle windshield that water won’t travel too far by the force of airflow caused by the speed . Due to the more gentler small angle, the water at the bottom of windshield of CT can travel much further by the force of airflow , and eventually blocking the field of view. If that is the case, it can be another design flaw but seem like this flaw is very hard to correct without changing the whole body shape.

There's a short mention about the wiper in Cybertruck Easter Eggs, Features & Design - Jay Leno's Garage - YouTube
Indeed, they park the wiper down at times to allow the water to move away.

If it's mostly an issue when driving faster, why not just use Rain-X or Aquapel which each work better the faster you go? Problem solved.

I would recommend looking at Kim Java latest video something to the effect of 10 upcoming changes for the Cybertruck. She mentions that the wiper is in redesign.

I hope they redesign it. This gigantic large wiper blade is an old school design. Split wipers from the side or rolling wipers through belt are some creative ways to wipe large surface area. They need to consider drag hit and power usage, but of all the things, they decided to just make the blade longer!

They did everything so creative and bold with the design, except this one thing that sticks out like an obsolete design.

I’m cool with the wiper, I guess I just got used to seeing it but love how my S and X blades are hidden when not in use. Not sure if there will be a redesign of the blade itself but more like how it operates.
