And the people with untaxable income that goes above that? what about the parts of the country where 300k is huge? What about the families of 2, or 3?Edit add:
Married making $300k in many parts of this country for a family of four. No I would no suggest they buy an $80k truck.
Why are we acting like no one can get the truck and the credits? Sounds like the uber rich pretending that upper middle class doesnt exist.
No one is saying to do anything. In fact, I am saying to stop doing something. Stop making excuses for Tesla. You can excuse whomever you want. We don't have to do anything if we don't have problems.
There's no lynch mob here. Stop trying to create a mob mentality about problems that are isolated.
Many here must not have been around for the model 3 but it is often mentioned. So if you press that submit button and you order it and you're disappointed and you've been here for 4 years, I don't think you really have anything to complain about.
I think it's safe to say that most people here love Tesla, myself included, which is why im on my third, going on fourth.
But if we dont point out the problems, how do they get better? The only mob being formed here is the mob of Tesla die hards that come after anyone who speaks about the company or truck in any way other than praise. Put down the pitchfork. Some people dont want to pay 100k for an unfinished truck and there's nothing wrong with that
