I'd like to implore Tesla to fix this industry oversight! Why they didn't fix it already, I don't know.
There I was getting ready to leave for work when I got it. The dreaded "something's wrong" notification.
It's the washer fluid. It's low. Whew. Nothing bad.
When I get home, I grab one of the bottles my wife had picked up earlier and popped the Frunk. Too easy.
I then proceeded to pour it in. Very little spillage. Not going to start using funnels at this point in my life.
I fill it right up to the top. There's still some left in the jug. About 2 mouthfuls. It tastes like shit so what am I supposed to do with the last little bit? Keep the bottle around until I fill up again? Pour it out? Drink it? No. Don't do that.
I mean, it's no huge industry secret that windshield washer fluid is sold by the gallon.
Why in the world do car manufacturers not account for that?
"Bob, we are going to make the reservoir exactly 1 gallon, just like the unit of sale of washer fluid."
"Wait. The vehicle flashes the "replace washer fluid" warning while there's still some fluid in the reservoir. Customers will never be able to use a whole jug!"
"Shut up, Bob."

I'm calling this oversight a swing and a miss for Tesla. What else did they miss? I'm talking easy-kill things they could fix, not add.
Like, there's one place on my way home where my CT will signal to move into the left lane even if I'm the only vehicle on the road... I tell Tesla every time "Don't change lanes here. Why is it doing this?"
