Negative, I had to have my roof replaced due to cracking. After the repair I had wind noise at 32-58ish mph. Took two days and almost new roof replacement before they found there was a strip of tape or insulation between the windshield and where it meets the roof that was not in place correctly.

Have service figure it out and fix it. It’s their job and what the warranty is for.

any help appreciated. Have wind noise, which is pretty bad at speeds above 65 miles an hour. we sometimes have to shout to each other. It doesn’t appear to be localized, seems to be turbulence at the level of the windshield itself, worse on the passenger side. The four window seals appear to be OK.

Took it in to service-they drove it, heard it, and couldn’t find the source. They said they thought it was “turbulence“ as opposed to a leak. They made some adjustment to one of the windows, which really didn’t do anything.

I’m going to bring it back to service a second time, but it’s two hours away, and I’m not optimistic that they’re going to find something the second time around. very frustrating. ?

Any suggestions as to what the possibilities might be, anything I can look for visually that might be typical turbulence areas in the windshield area?

My truck has the noise roar also! Tesla service in Providence said they couldn't hear it. I can't stand it so I started using clear packaging tape to cover all the large cracks around the windshield and frunk lid edges and light bar edges. The more edges/cracks I sealed the quieter it became. I can't leave this tape on. I'm afraid it's a serious design flaw, but if most owners don't have it then it's not the design. Any ideas?

Well, I brought it into service a second time. The technician was very nice. We drove around, heard the noise. He then had me drive in a loaner cybertruck and compare, and it too was noisy. So his conclusion was this is the way it’s supposed to be.

so now I’m confused. Others on this forum say that their cybertruck is quiet. Clearly, when driving above 65 miles an hour, there is a significant amount of wind noise turbulence coming across the front windshield on my cybertruck. It does not appear to be localized at all, just sounds like air bouncing against the windshield. Frustrating…
