Just park your truck where it will be uniformly voted with birdshot. Like under a rookery or something. Keep it there for a week or so then hose it off and park it there again.

Eventually your truck will attain a nice, unique splatter pattern patina which will be the envy of all.

That will probably help repel fingerprints too.

just use Laquer thinner. That's what I've used to clean stainless on multiple occasions.. also.. GO WITH THE GRAIN when cleaning.. nothing worse than swirl marks. when done, polish it up with WD-40 or "Sheila-Shine".. best stuff ever

If TeslaBot or the CyberTruck windshield wipers have lasers, instead of waiting for the poop to land on the truck, use the lasers proactively to prevent the birds from flying over the CyberTruck in the first place.

You are not going to want to wax stainless as a owner of a stainless steel boat the wax will just bake white in the sun. Just look to the boating industry for maintenance stuff they have been dealing with both bird poop and stainless for a long time. Plenty of products to keep the cybertruck lookin good.
I have two different brands of automotive waxes that will not bake white in the sun when applied to stainless steel. That should be true of any classic carnuba wax without built in cleaners/polishers. That said, there is not a lot of point in waxing stainless other than it makes it easier to hose the dirt off and can also repel dust.

Pretty sure all waxes have a degree of wax buildup, eventually. Not a fan. Others like lacquer thinner. It's clean, but a bit harsh of a chemical. What's next, Aqua Regia? I like the KISS policy. Cold water only.

Yes and no.

Do you only wash it with wax? Does it never get rain?

AI can determine if a bird is about to poop. It can calculate wind speed and direction and with a high degree of accuracy calculate a probable poop trajectory and landing zone.

At which point, laser welding could be a thing. Talk about constipation ! :D

Sure, the lasers will get rid of the birds, but think of all the cats they'll attract.
