Stainless often comes manufacturered with a wrap attached on its finished side to protect the finsih. This is usually a white with some lettering on it but It is possible that this is the wrap it is manufacturered with which is meant to be pealed off and was just left on.

I think they are just building excitement around the start of production and would wager we will see many more wrapped CT with some bold color and designs and some stealth ones too to get us hyped!
