to comment on the original video, my concern with this air suspension is that I don’t want to have to pay for air every time I want to raise my suspension. Plus, there are few gas stations around me who sell air. I might just put it at middle height and never lower it.

I can deliver sarcasm face to face and people have a hard time telling that I am being sarcastic (as intented.) Text is an even easier medium for accomplishing that, as it is much harder to detect sarcasm without tone and inflection.

The boxy front qrt panel is my least favourite angle, looking at the still, it reminded me of the shock of seeing the CT for the first time.

Like a few pieces of tin stuck together to look like a car.. something you do with the kids for fun lol

But I love it.
I agree it definitely has angles that look better than others. I overall like it (took some time) but some angles do look pretty odd. I think maybe its not an Ambi-Turner?

Many have used /s
Or just outright commented for those less inclined to interpret /s
I suppose some could look at /s and think that is just silly.

If you wanted to reference more old school tech, you could use

<sarcasm>
a sarcastic comment here
</sarcasm>

But then, that might be just a bit too obvious.

Tesla already provides a map of where you can find charging stations. Crossing my fingers that they add in locations where you can stop for air. Especially if it includes the price. Air used to be free most of the time. But I’m old so that was pretty far back. These days it seems they are few and far between. Would love for the map to tell me where I could get free air.

Eh, not a fan of the low suspension. I imagine the only time I'll be using it is to fit in super short parking garages.
...and to increase range?

I think the boxy front quarter panel may be my favorite part, it reminds me of the awe of seeing Cybertruck for the first time.;)?

I wouldn't plan on holding your breath until you find free air.

I had to get past all the sarcasm and less useful comments to say the movie doesn't give us a clear view of the actual height of each vehicle. The is from a typical phone so it's wide angle making the near object look larger than the distant objects. A 2023 Highlander is 68" high while the CT is somewhere around 75" depending on suspension height. I grabbed a drawing from a CT movie that shows the original dimensions and the suspension height looks a little lower than what we normally see. These dimensions aren't necessarily the final ones. There's no revision date or number, actually no date on the drawing at all. All of this said, being only 8" taller than a Highlander isn't that tall.

Back in Dec 2019, I created a comparison drawing showing four trucks using dimensions from Tesla, Toyota, Rivian and probably Edmunds. My 2013 Tacoma was the shortest with a 2020 F-150 being the tallest. I'm sure the F-150 has grown a bit so the CT at 75" isn't that much taller than any reasonably new truck.

I have to agree with you. The problem with interacting with people is that each person comes into a conversation from their own perspective, point of view, set of experiences, etc. If you live in a world where people use sarcasm a lot then you interpret statements as possibly sarcastic. But you cannot impose that expectation on others; we all interpret in whatever way we do. As an engineer, I interpret almost everything at face value because I do not have the time to consider all the ways what a person says can be interpreted and respond based on some weighted interpretation of what I know about that person, the situational context, and my list of possible interpretations. What a waste. Long story short, it is best to not use sarcasm with me in this forum :)

I never do with you anyway, because I know you simply can't handle it.
