I would love to believe that this is true, but how do we know that this is true? @cvalue13 tells me this is evidence that the Cybertruck as passed validation tests. That would indeed be momentous. Is it true? Can one not have a production candidate unless/until the NHTSA/EPA certification tests have been passed?
