It’s been resolved on the S, 3, X, and Y, but the CT is a whole new beast. They’ll correct it eventually, but the initial ramp might be quite gappy. Some people won’t mind, but the stainless steel panels really make the gaps stand out.Bought a M3P in 2021 and the panel gaps were as good as my wife's Volvo. Absolutely not one gap that I had to take to Tesla to get resolved. I think that was an old issue that has been resolved for the most part.
Although the wind noise wasn’t “bad”, the RPM Tesla wind noise reduction kit was so inexpensive that I bought one for our MY. It took about 2 minutes to install and certainly made a difference. I just rented a M3 and it was noticeably louder. I expect their road noise kit would help, too.Admittedly, my 2020 3 is quite loud inside the cabin, however the newer Y is not (thicker glass in the Y I believe, so the seal is not to blame)
It’s a great day in society when a group has so few other problems that we can focus on door gapsBought a M3P in 2021 and the panel gaps were as good as my wife's Volvo.
