The BIW looks pretty straightforward and traditional. The photos show how beefy the B-pillars are.

All of the complex engineering went into the aluminum Giga castings.

have to admit, I see where you’re coming from, but I also understand where @JBee is coming from

That said, what you’re describing I believe can only possible with two panels: the rear quarter panels. The hood, tailgate, and doors are out for obvious reasons. The front QPs don’t really attach to the casting enough or in spots that they are relevant.

And this sort of makes since from perspective of ‘truck stuff’ - the rigidity is needed in the rear, not the front.

And as for the two rear quarterpanels, I’ve previously put @JBee into just barely enough of a box to sort of kind of admit that it might be possible there depending on how and where exactly the rear QPs are attached

Until there’s a tear down of those rear QPs, really one guess is as good as any other.
