I no longer have a need to get the Cybertruck. If you wanna skip the line and get yours sooner, I'm happy to transfer the entire account to you. This account only has the cybertruck and no other cars to it, so it would be a clean transfer.

Sales are final and no refunds. Send me your best offer.

Waited 5 years, eh? That's longer than I would have expected...
Yeah I put in the order the same day Elon showcased it with the busted window he tried to demo was strong. lol Nov 22, 2019

Banning would be silly. That said admin does typically shut these threads down.

For one, it’s not cars.com but could turn into it.

But more that these attempts to “sell” are wrought with risk that (A) the site doesn’t want to facilitate, and (B) no one wants an unsuspecting buyer to not understand those risks, but get the impression that the ‘listing’ being in this site is some sort of vouch.

There are 1,000 ways Tesla could brick these attempted sales even before the no-sale provision. Now, moreso.

the owners of this fan site likely don’t want to be middle-manning sales that violate Tesla’s terms, and the members mostly don’t welcome the prospect of someone getting caught up unknowingly in the risk.

So, while I personally don’t mind two people fumbling through an attempt to violate Tesla’s terms of sale, you shouldn’t be *entirely* surprised to find pushback.

Sounds a bit dodgy though if you can't count to 4 years?

Btw do you know there is a reseller clause intended to prevent you from doing this, in both your reservation and order T&C?

Yeah but who knew it would take Elon 5 years to deliver the cyber truck. I think he had initially promised the the rollout in 2021. Looked into it and asked others who sold their reservations successfully. So there are ways to sell it.
