My goto tint installer haven't even seen a CT before, they said they will quote me after seeing the truck. Maybe I'm wrong but the factory rear window tints seems to be darker than the ones Model Y comes with. I'll have the tint guys gauge the % tomorrow, but I might add a 40% front, 80% rear maybe?

Be sure to take some advantage of the situation. If he is gonna go to school on doing your truck there should be a discount. I have a wrap guy that is doing it for 50% off cuz they are adding it to their portfolio in hopes that they get called to do more.

That rear quarter is very easy to fix, they will do it. I actually know how to if you wanna swing to PHX. But trust the pros

Congratulations! How does the seat back angle of the back seats compare to a Y (I believe I read that's what you had/have)? I'm concerned about back passenger comfort during longer rides. Comfortable enough for passengers to fall asleep in?

It is still about where you live as long as you are in CA or TX you are good. I will be watching to see if anyone outside of that area will be getting a vin number. I am on the Vin waiting list. But in NJ.

Great news I should be getting my info for delivery then in 10 days. Sad about the panel gaps, huuuuuge issue with the rear driver side panel. Did they say they were going to fix that?

I wonder which locations in SoCal are the delivery spots. I'm assuming gotta be 1 in LA, 1 in SD and maybe another in OC.

There are two delivery locations in San Diego: Carlsbad and Mira Mesa. They are opening a third in a month or so according to rumors.
