Congrats! Do you mind sharing your VIN? Or at least the range 6xx, 7xx, 9xx?
It does not appear that you are in California, as such the currently shipping VINs will have nothing to do with your delivery. They are not delivering in VIN order.

Let’s be real.

After a long 4-year wait who would reject their highly anticipated Cybertruck for a fit and fitment issue? Ya, me either.
I know, it's hilarious to hear them complain. Because I'm pretty damn sure that if they got one today, there wouldn't be a bit of complaining. It's just jealousy because they are over a year away from getting one.

If I remember video correctly from the 11/30 delivery day event the quarter panels were installed by a robot.

I believe they are installed to the Giga casting with strong structural adhesive. I'm not 100% positive, please respond if anyone knows for sure.
damn robots! they can’t be trusted lol

yeah it’s just the price you pay to be first. These issues will get fixed in future deliveries.

Ok, it seems there is a lot of debate regarding the quarter panel gap photo I took yesterday. So I took a few more photos and measured the gap. In my own opinion, I can't really tell unless I put my face into it, I met another forum user today and he agrees that it doesn't look bad at all. I tried to move/push it in but there is zero movement. I was expecting this level of build quality when I submitted the order and honesty I probably won't even bother to get it fixed. However, the right turn signal really bugs me: 30% of the time it doesn't work, I had to click on a specific spot to turn it on. This would definitely be an issue I'll address with Tesla. With that being said, be your own judge at delivery and I surely hope CT's build quality improves over time.
BTW, just came back from the tint shop, tried the matte PPF film and it looks pretty good! Should I go for it?

These angles make it look somewhat “normal” to other cybertruck photos
