Run it through a car wash. I want to see what the truck looks like when it comes out the other end.

After walking round the one that's current on display in the Tesla showroom in Santana Row, San Jose, I realized 2 things :
1. The front fender, both doors, and the rear fender are not in a straight line, rather they bow out, with the widest part actually being the back of the front door. (If that's what you were referring to as "angle is off by a couple of degrees" then we are saying the same thing)
2. Because of 1., the doors "change color" depending on the angle you are looking at them from. I also noticed the "waviness" that I've heard talked about..... some of the panels are definitely not perfectly smooth/flat.
I think you just have to wait for someone with a dubious phone number to call you in order to add the extended warranty.I was wondering what extended warrantee if any were offered? If so how much and options? Thanks in advance and Congrats on the truck! ?!
Re: Driving in low visibility (fog) or at nightI never thought about it, but does the CT have any safety features that deal with EXTREMELY low visibility driving?
To those that don't know the FOG in the central San Joquin valley, it is a weather phenonium like no other fog in the world. If one has lived there anytime at all, you would know what real FOG is.... multiple car pileups on highway 99 are not unknown. I have seen fog so bad that the highway was not visible over the hood! I would not believe it if I had not seen it. The car door had to be literally opened to see the road. Granted, no one should drive in these circumstances, but if already on the road you need to find your way to an exit or you will be rear ended.
Can these gaps be adjusted by redoing the bolts or something like that ?Yeah, you can see the gap is thin up top and gets wider. This mean the door is rotate to the left more. The back door seems to bulge out a bit like it's getting squeezed.
The waviness is on the sails and it's on all trucks. Since I can't touch it, I don't know if it's the panel warping or not, but that can be fixed with a wrap.

Tesla is usually pretty good at adjusting things in the service center or even remotely. All you need to do is put a service request in.Can these gaps be adjusted by redoing the bolts or something like that ?
From my experience with my 2018 Model 3s, it could be adjusted, but the defect will show somewhere else. For example, mine had gaps on the top left but after it's fixed the gaps are on the lower right. It is better because I don't see it when I walk up to the car from the front. Still bothers me if I approache my car from the rear and I look down at it.Can these gaps be adjusted by redoing the bolts or something like that ?
Would like to know the VIN within 50 or so.Hey everyone!
I took delivery of my Cybertruck earlier this week. I’ll be playing with it quite a bit and thought I’d reach out to see if anyone had any questions or would like any specific testing to be done. Let me know!
Seconding this request. I'm trying to see if I can comfortably fit two greyhounds in the back.Any chance you could take pictures of the back seat area? Also, could you mention how tall you are? I am trying to figure out if the rear seat area is more like a rivian or like an f150?
It's amazing what an Internet search will reveal. Rear seat lifted in the right picture.Any chance you could take pictures of the back seat area? Also, could you mention how tall you are? I am trying to figure out if the rear seat area is more like a rivian or like an f150?
lol. Ok internet tough guy. I saw these as well, and various videos at awkward angles. I am simply looking to get real perspective of, say a 6ft driver, and the amount of legroom in the back seat. It's amazing what an Internet search will reveal. Rear seat lifted in the right picture.

That's the million dollar question and you'll probably end up with over a million responses.I'm curious as to power consumption, range and time to charge at home and with a supercharger.
