That is an unknown unless you have more than a conjecture. I reserved very early on the 26th (5 days in) and Tesla referred to me as a low RN in a marketing email. I do not know how far out those emails were sent, and I never thought of myself as a low RN out around 250K, but I see no data to support your hypothesis. I do not see why they would stop at 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, etc. I suspect that once they blew past 1,000 that they made a new decision about how many FS to make based more on interest than on RN or when reservations were made.
Because I'm looking at the list on this site?

I've thought that it might be "fair" to allow those that reserved in 2019 have a crack at the Foundation series... We still have a ways to go with the FS invites if I happen to be right about that.

The list on this site is a snapshot. It is real, true. How does a snapshot tell us what the future will be? We can make forecasts and conjectures but that is it. You should at least own up to this being your guess and how you arrived at your conclusion. That would be fine. Making it seem like fact is not.

The problem with this logic is, there are not that many people that buy 100k vehicles. Because of this, production will outpace FS demand relatively quickly, assuming the ramp goes well.

Regular units will absolutely be available to order by late 2024 or early 2025 at the very latest. This is assuming no major production issues popping up of course.
I thought there weren't that many people who would buy 100k cars. But that was when I got my invite and December. Now I'm starting to believe everyone is rich and I'm super poor lol

Pretty sure we are talking about my post

Yall seem to be missing that, unless I'm mistaken, the Foundation Invites are only going out to people who reserved in the first 1 or 2 days.
Who cares about the future. I'm only saying that as of right now, the invites are only going to the people who reserved in the first 1 or 2 days.
So the concept of a "limited edition" could easily be "Those who reserved in the first 50 hours"

People are hypothesizing as if the invites are going to everyone, but they still seem to be going out to a very limited number of people, those who reserved in the first 50 hours.

This whole issue is the labeling. Putting out a Foundation Series is a traditional way to begin a product launch. No problem right?

Calling it limited edition is a different story. The limited label implies exclusivity and possibly value as a collectible. Without a set edition size using the term is an oxymoron. You would think a company lead by the richest and smartest man in the world could figure that out.

This 50 hours thing might hold true. I ordered on hour 49 and got my invite in mid January.

I am sure than anyone without an invitation only cares about the future. That said, I see orders from RNs from 11/19/2019 - 11/23/2019 (more recent ones are clearly not normal people). That is well beyond the first 2 days. My RN was allocated on 11/26/2019 so I would like to see invitations go out that far (another 4 RN days on top of the 5 RN days covered so far).

Okay, so "first week"

But people are talking "They will just give everyone a chance" and that's far from the truth at this point. From your statement, they haven't even made it out of the first week's of orders yet.

It truly doesn't matter because nothing you can do will change anything. Just wait until it becomes obvious.

I do think it is unlikely, especially considering that Tesla seems to have slowed down (for a few weeks they were doing 2 numbers per week, but last week they really only did 11287 and this week mostly just 11288), that they will invite every RN. Like you said, no one could know and nothing anyone says will change their strategy.

Based on that other post saying 850 delivered (if true) then comparing to waiting orders posted her would be close to 10k. No real facts or math here but hey it’s a number lol.

Think that is a fairly solid hypothesis, but think it may be way over 10k with the way invites are going

You still believe there are 2 million reservations holders? I don’t even think there are 1 million
You may also believe that there is no such thing as a Cybertruck.

To each, their own.
