Of course it is. That’s why they put these stipulations. The OP is lucky they haven’t taken his SC capabilities away.
That would be highly illegal and I don’t think Tesla wants the government poking into lack of options if you need your car serviced and piss them off. At least with dealerships the next one down the road would be happy to take my business.

Props for sharing the experience, good chunk of people looking to sell or trade their CTs so good to know that Tesla might actually be doing something about it, despite the auction houses having a field day.

I think Tesla is like the scales of justice at this point. Might not know who or what tips it over.

No, a company can ban you from all their locations and services for whatever reason they want to excepting a few.

I think they don't do this because it's more bad press they don't need.

I am not saying you are wrong but it would be interesting if Tesla decided they wouldn’t service an in warranty vehicle because I was banned. I think the government would step in at that point.

Not really. You can get it serviced elsewhere or sell it.

i think he meant SuperCharge not Service Center ..

Tesla has routinely removed supercharging privileges from cars in the past

Yep, people who agree to something then knowingly violate it just to better themselves is wrong, and it irks me. it's not only illegal, (in this case) but it shows what low class and morals you have. Just like the guy in my town who lives in an 1800 mansion worth around 2.5 million, but has money issues so he stopped paying homeowners insurance then a week ago he had a fire in the attic, now he's running a go fund me because he can't afford to fix the house...

Tesla Cybertruck Be careful selling your Cybertruck! Tesla found sale listings, cancelled my other reservations and I may be blacklisted elon

Not really. Elon Police aren't knocking on the door to arrest.

Moral yes. Liable in a civil court sure. Not doing perp walk for selling a truck.

Side note. I agree with what ya said however.

Illegal does not only mean criminal, contract law is still law.
