That would be highly illegal and I don’t think Tesla wants the government poking into lack of options if you need your car serviced and piss them off. At least with dealerships the next one down the road would be happy to take my business.

I am not saying you are wrong but it would be interesting if Tesla decided they wouldn’t service an in warranty vehicle because I was banned. I think the government would step in at that point.

Yep, people who agree to something then knowingly violate it just to better themselves is wrong, and it irks me. it's not only illegal, (in this case) but it shows what low class and morals you have. Just like the guy in my town who lives in an 1800 mansion worth around 2.5 million, but has money issues so he stopped paying homeowners insurance then a week ago he had a fire in the attic, now he's running a go fund me because he can't afford to fix the house...
