You were verified before they announced it, Or did you do it once announcement was made ?

Maybe they changed signup process for new say verifications. I’m pulling for straws as to why I didn’t get email haha

I believe Tesla used SAY to create an event signup the same way they invite stockholders to participate in any event, like an earnings call… and only verified that we were stockholders.
Step two is the emails to get the statements to prove we meet the requirements stated for early access.
The uploaded statements will most certainly need to be examined by humans to determine eligibility.
Tedius and time consuming.
The workload may be divided. So, initial emails may only be based on the work schedule of whoever’s stack You fall in.
But, who really knows what is happening behind the scenes.
Just have your statements redacted. Scanned and ready to upload.
In seperate files.

make sure you re-enter in your RN number as it's not auto filled when you click the link and you also need to ensure both files are uploaded in their seperate spots (2021, 2024). I've submitted the requested documents and I was not verified via SAY.

Yeah, +1 on that, I got tripped up for a while with the autofilled RN1234567… I guess in addition to being a sizable shareholder there’s an i.q. check too

Yep, thanks for that. I was able to submit (literally and figuratively) after entering my RN# and uploading the 2 files.

Same here got the invite and added RN # and uploaded 2021 and 2024 documents.

Does anyone know how long it will take for them to review it?

Wondering if Tesla is prioritizing emails for reservation holders that have already received an invitation to configure who are just waiting their VIN versus those who have not received an invitation for the foundation series and placed their orders as I have. (Placed my order)

Just got my email too last night. I was not going to resubmit 2 PDFs proofs as I just wanted the DM CT non-FS. On my M3 just got the FSD v12.3 and it was worse than my previous FSD ver. It was so bad I can't really use it and had to drop it to the last adapter cruise driving. Full FSD would slow down to a stop in a middle of a none busy road with no cars around or object blocking me. Auto steering AP would read the speed limit always wrong. This can be because I work inside a military base, maybe.

But for now I would I not get FSD again or afraid they will have FSD HW 5 or 6 and again can't retrofit. For My area I think just my past 3 yrs testing FSD versions experience, it can still be 3 to 4 yrs away. I did not see them fix some of the same bugs in daily spot FSD driving.

Long story short not paying extra full price FSD and $20k premium markup but hope this will help bump my reg DM CT closer in lane.

That too got me... I was going to resubmit 2x the same redact single PDF that I have joined all my proof the first time they asked in the invite page. And it was grayed and wouldn't allow me to click the submit button. Tried again but print to PDF my only first proof but same result until I spotted the reservation closely and it was a fake temp example numbers. Put in 1 of my early reservation number and that allowed me to submit it.

I received the email about 5pm ET on an account I had no cybertruck reservations until the delivery event (NOT the launch event in 2019). I do have a Model S Plaid on that account, not sure if that matters but it was a Nov 2023 reservation.

I have another Tesla account with a Dec 2019 reservation which I figure I’ll just wait on as that should come up this year anyway and I’d really prefer a non-Foundation. Let’s see how it plays out.

I had Fidelity as well, but they didn't have a statement for Feb 29th, 2024. Why? Because I had no activity that month. When you don't have activity in your account, they only issue the statements quarterly. So, I had to call Fidelity and get them to write me a letter verifying how many shares I had on that day. It took Fidelity 2-3 days to send me the letter.

Fingers crossed again....

I had the exact same issue and resolution with Schwab. Got my letter on Friday. Had Fidelity in 2021 and Schwab in 2024. Just waiting on the Tesla email.
