We all need Official listing of FS items

I’ve been hearing many Service Centers are not all on the same page when it comes to what the FS includes at delivery. Some staff say that that it doesn’t include D-rings or dividers, etc. can someone please post where on a Tesla site or on which documents included with our orders we can find a list of what should be included so we have a resource to show Tesla staff if something is missing at delivery day.

I didn’t get the T25 wrench. Mayve it is in there somewhere, but I don’t see it.

Hmm… yes I can see each individual item but I don’t see where there’s anything that says included with premium setup even when logged in. The problem is there is no currently active Tesla guidance for what’s included. I guess screen shots is the best we can do for now.

The Service Centers give you what was included as the truck shipped to them. The remainder should be shipped to you at a later date.

Not always. I’ve read about experiences where, At delivery, folks have asked where a few items where and the SC rep says this is all you get, and they’ve had to prove it to them that items were missing. They will not put in the order to have things shipped to you if they don’t think they are included. My first Tesla was missing the tow hook. They only shipped it to me because I pointed it out.
