How have I missed this thread - this is awesome work. Any price estimates based on what you have done so far?

Great work. (y)

I didn’t even take really good pictures… a lot of thought went into the design… Elon is gonna be reaching out to Jasper I’m sure of it….

Screws are pretty much invisible No more noticeable than the little trap doors that are there now. Also we’re going from 2 heads to one head over each location for a quick attachment point of roof racks….i can’t wait!!

So Velcro or ???
There are possibly folks more familiar with the make-up of CYBERTRUCK as they have access and first hand knowledge, however l can see a click-in system where the roof racks attach.....pry bar or other tool with a discrete slot? Just thinking out aloud ...love to know what you come up with or someone might suggest.

most important, esp if you use for real hauling and work, the tailgate top edge

I’ve already damaged the sail panels down by the tailgate area as well.

Teslas DIY parts are cheap, replace these pieces and then put the stainless on top

Got together with [email protected] this morning to trial fit his second iteration of panels… Looking even better than V1. Still needs a few tweaks but next set will be made out of 16 guage stainless (14 guage was getting real expensive) instead of mild steel. I’ll probably run those on my truck and if any further changes are needed based on the fit he’ll make em but we’re very close. He let me drive off with the first version panels just so the truck doesn’t look naked…

I’d rather have it super secure… just wait and see the final product, it’s gonna be amazing….
