How much did you get from Tesla for your FS AWD?

So mine has a little over 9k miles and they offered me $66900 and said they had identified “physical damage” in my photos.
I’m guessing this means the wrap?
just trying to figure out how big of an impact that is

The writer definitely has an agenda. They aren’t including important facts, like the fact that Ace isn’t the original owner of the Cybertruck that he sold back.

The article makes it appear that he WAS the original owner and makes calculations and assumptions as if Ace has paid the original full price for CT that he traded in.

Uninformed, deceptive reporting.

Any modification from stock reduces a car's value, no matter what it is. Expensive wheels, wraps, new interiors, bumpers without exception becomes a deduction for valuation. Labor to remove a wrap is worth at least $1k. It's a definite negative.

I agree with that. I was trying to get a feel for the extent of the value reduction. That was honestly the purpose of the thread. No complex political aspersions or comparison with F150 depreciation or anything of that nature. Apparently, this question I asked on here was enough fodder to write a piece about Cybertruck depreciation implying it’s directly related to poor decisions from Tesla.
Oh well….we will see how people who chose the lightning over the CT do in a year.

I knew they didn't contact you, that's why I posted it for everyone to see they are still lurking.. On a side note, maybe Tesla will give you more for your trade in since you can now say the truck was featured in an MSN article. lol.
