Hi all,
I’ve got a 2024 Cybertruck AWD with about 7,500 miles on it, and I’ve noticed an issue with the front driver and passenger entry buttons on the B-pillar. They used to have a nice, satisfying click, but now they feel mushy and lack that tactile feedback. I have to press them pretty hard to get the doors to open, and there’s barely any “click” anymore. The rear door buttons still feel crisp, but I’m guessing that’s because they get less use.
Is this typical and the normal for everyone else's Cybertruck? Has anyone else experienced this? If you’ve taken it to service for this, did Service actually fix the issue? I’m debating whether to schedule a service appointment or if this is just how the buttons age with frequent use.
Thanks for any insights or experiences you can share!
