I am glad I did mine Monday morning. I was going to wait till the final day. If I saw April of 2027 I would have canceled. I needed something before then.

Its seems also has one year (free) premium connectivity trail, and a 30-day (free) FSD Supervised trail.

If the demand was so high to cause over a year wait, they will certainly add a 2nd shift, the goal is to utilize the capacity of the production line

^ Never crossed Elon's mind. Somehow people think it is Tesla's goal is to keep assembly lines going or workers employed.

I've actually read of this happening fairly often across different forums. Honestly, part of the reason for my "Short-term ownerships" thread on this forum, was because I was thinking of having parked at the house so she might end up driving it and liking it. However, it might backfire because she could get mad that I didn't just buy her a new Odyssey for the same price.

She's just a perfect candidate for it too because she's always mistreating her vehicles. I'm always finding new scratches and curb rashes. CT is perfect for her, she can beat it up all she wants and it will take it.

Anyway, still a possibility, I have two more days to decide, it's making me anxious. Have some serious FOMO on this CT pricing.

I see you had a lightning, I did too (2022 for a couple years)….was SR and range (or lack of) was an issue for me.

The Cybertruck has a problem that people have a pre-existing hate for it. Probably due to the negative news coverage or social media that they look at. They follow their peers and when everyone they know is saying it sucks they just follow along.

I have heard groups of people agreeing with one hater. The hater has all kinds of ideas about why it's bad but of course doesn't own one. Everyone just follows what they say.

Hopefully with this limited deal more will be out on the road and it can start to be accepted more.

Agree 100%….without the media driven perception the CT would do really well at this price point….my hope is that getting more on the road and time will help
