maybe spray some WD-40 to lubricate the rubber seals so you can move them? I will try everything I can to fix it before sending it to service center ....
Absolutely take it to the Service Center.
There may already be a service bulletin. If not, there needs to be one so they can be made aware of this issue as soon as possible so it can be resolved for existing and new vehicles. Definitely not a DIY situation.

By chance does the ceramic coating assist or hinder the seal at all? I was considering getting the full body coat

may help coat it to prevent UV damage but you can do much cheaper stuff like 303 aerospace protectant
also not sure if will damage the rubber. usually not supposed to apply ceramic coating to rubber

Model X ppl have been using Gummi Pflege Stift on window and falcon wing door seals with good results. Maybe it will also work well with the tonneau.

Interesting (to me anyway, haha!!) that’s the brand of foam A/C cleaner that Tesla SC’s use to clean the A/C in M3 and MY.

I think you'd want to try the silicone lubricant version, not regular WD-40.

WD40 is not a lubricant, try silicone spray.

I've had my Cybertruck 48 days and I estimate I average 5 openings/closing per day, so over 200 open/close cycles. Just checked my seals and all are within 1-2 mm of being centered, left to right, probably normal assembly tolerance.

My theory is tonneau covers with creeping seals are not rolling up square to the roll for some reason, probably installed out of alignment or something, so that the seals gradually walk to one side. I think if a tonneau makes it this long without the seals creeping, they are probably stuck in place and there won't be an issue.

Definitely a job for Tesla to fix.

I agree and would look for warning signs of one side leading the other when moving. If that is happening then get it calibrated or fixed before the seals begin creeping and you start opening up gaps.

Yes... use 303. It's made for rubber (I use it on my rafts). It protects against UV... it will not damage rubber. It's made specifically for that. I wouldn't use anything else.

Had an appointment for May 31st, but Tesla Service just notified me due to parts supply they've rescheduled..... to July 18th! Totally insane, and tonneau slat seals just keep getting worse with each mile. I'm ready to dump this thing.
