Picked up my Beast last Saturday 5/25 in Vegas & I wasn't the only one.

Hi, first post here but been keeping tabs while I waited for delivery.
My pick up was at 5PM on 5/25 and there was 4 or 5 other CTs there being picked up & a trailer with more being delivered when I left.
I got a text the day before saying my CT will be ready for pick up tomorrow and to reply "yes" if I could make the appointment or it would be reassigned to someone else. I cancelled a dinner reservation so I would not be rushed but what's up with 1 day notice on a Holliday weekend ? Luckily I wasn't out of town !!
Text said CT would be located on East side of building and to find my name on the dash. To open the vehicle use the app. and you will find papers inside that will need to be signed and dropped in a box by the showroom door before I drive off.

So I assumed that the showroom was going to be closed ?? When I got there showroom was open and I said I was there to pick up my CT. Salesperson just said they are over there, find your name in the dash and unlock it with the app. "you have the app already? " I said yes and he said OK and walked away. ?? OK

No Congrats., thanks for your order, enjoy the CT, let me show you the "feature/setup" etc. I don't really care I'm glad to get my CT after a 4yr. wait and have a M3P config. was easy to figure out.

Build quality was good, no misaligned panels.

I have been a long time shareholder and a stock trader so I was a bit concerned about the Co. Service but I love the new ride !! and glad to see many CTs being delivered.

I drove it 8 miles home and hid it in a friends garage because my wife said she hated the way it looked when we saw our first one in the wild a month ago and I reminded her that I was waiting for mine. "I'm not getting in that thing if you get it" ...

It gets wrapped on Monday and when I get it back I'll see what the reaction is. I might have to order the CyberTent for my new place to live I'll post updates and photos when it is done.

The quick turn around trucks are most likely customer rejected vehicles due to cosmetic issues.

12/21/23 but LightBar and Powershare home backup hardware were not included at delivery.

however, my truck is back at East Sahara for misaligned panels, scratches and scuffs on the steel and plastic bumpers/flares, as well as double checking the rear axle for a Christmas tree of alerts regarding steer by wire. Also had the intermittent screen turning off.

Sorry to hear about the problems, hope they can get all fixed fast. Have you ever had experience with the service center there? I have only had service in CA early on when I got my M3P. I did forgot to mention that one of the 'stoppers" on the frunk was loose and would not twist/click back in. I told the salesperson and he said to set up a service apt. on the app.

My wife likes the truck. Her favorite thing about it is the steering because I can park perpendicular in our small driveway to allow her to back out of our garage anytime she wants without the truck blocking her.

glad to hear she likes the parking upside. I believe my wife will come around because she will like the upgraded stereo from my M3P and she doesn't like to drive so I or Uber are her transport options if she wants to go somewhere outside of walking distance.
