Sure enough, I got that email, and I got the email that has the order agreement attachment. But that order agreement attachment says nothing about whats included as a foundation series Cybertruck.

You must be missing it. Or, if some how you don't have it, i really wouldn't worry, there is no way Tesla is going to rug pull lifetime Prem connectivity from one guy.

Hmm, not sure how that is possible, it's an automated email. It should have arrived seconds after you placed the order.

Sure enough, that email has the PDF and this PDF is incorrect. I actually got the same PDF in 2021 when I first placed the order.

Thanks for pointing this out. I checked exactly all the places you point out. The order agreement from the website is the same one I got in the automated email after ordering. Both of which does not indicate I bought a Foundation Series even though when I click Manage Order, it does say I got a Foundation Series. I tried calling but it routed me to the service center. The guy said someone from sales will call me back. Is this even the right avenue? Is there any other way to rectify this?

You're probably right. I tried to contact Tesla just to make sure. There's no path to doing this right now.

• Last week, I got an email with the subject: Your Limited-Edition Foundation Series Cybertruck is Ready to Order
• After I chose my options, I got two emails simultaneously:
  • Email 1 - Subject: Welcome to the Tesla Family. It prompts me to:
    • Registration Provide registration details (Done)
    • Specify Trade-ln (Done)
    • Payment Method - Select cash or financing (Done)
    • Insurance (this step not available yet)
    • Review Agreements Review and accept your agreements (this step not available yet)
    • Final Payment (this step not available yet)
  • Email 2 - Subject: Thank You for Your Order. This is the email after taking the above steps that contains the same PDF as the email in 2021 when I placed the reservation with the order agreement attached as a PDF and that does NOT state I have Lifetime Premium Connectivity and instead says I have 8 years standard connectivity. However, the body of the email confirms the following
    • All-Wheel Drive Foundation Series
    • 20" Cyber Wheels with 35" Tires
    • Tactical Grey Décor
    • Premium Accessories
    • Base Autopilot
    • Lifetime Premium Connectivity

When I read the contract during the ordering process, I saw it's not Lifetime of Premium Internet anymore. Is that right?
Lots of little things always change!

BTW, on the website, I was trying to see if they still advertise Foundation Series including lifetime premium internet and it doesn't even look like Foundation Series can be ordered anymore.
