Radio noise on selection

Every time I select the radio it starts up between stations despite knowing what my last radio station selected was. My Model Y does not have this problem; it turns on the radio to the last station I selected and dials it in perfectly. I suspect a problem in the software. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

What’s a radio? I’d be enjoying the benefits if my FS’ streaming lifetime premium connectivity.

I don't use the "radio" at all either, but I have noticed that the latest firmware now remembers the volume setting. It drops the volume when you open the door, but restores the previous level when the door is closed, and also when you re-enter the vehicle later!

I was quite startled when I made this discovery hahahaha

I do, but I also listen to radio. Whether or not one uses the radio you would want it to work properly wouldn’t you?

Just giving you a hard time. Radio could be important for timely news and amber alerts and such. “Goes by Forger and drives a CyberTruck” ?

I didn't know the Cybertruck had a tuner. I had to go out and check, yep it's there. I lost the FM tuner in my S when I upgraded the MCU. I'll have to check the other-half's Y now. I thought Tesla had done away with radio tuners to save $$$. I really don't have a reason to use the tuner with premium connectivity as the FM stations are on Tune-In.
