I have it too. For me, it’s coming from this rubber seal. When going fast and/or windy conditions, this rubber piece doesn’t seal 100% and can let air in creating the noise. I’ve had a passenger play around with it and temporarily fixes the problem but will need a more permanent solution.

Do you know how they fixed it and did they indicate what the culprit was?
I seem to recall that they realigned the front passenger door a bit. It’s great now.

Right. That was where my issue was.

I have wind noise while driving on Hwy at about 70mph only. I took it in, after 2 days of driving and diagnosis, they are changing out the windshield - part on order. I don't know if that's the real problem. May look at the seal instead, I had my Windshield tinted already, I don't want it to be changed.

I have the wind noise too. It’s extremely annoying. Seems more on the passenger side, but very difficult to localize. Took it to Tesla, they drove around, made some minor adjustments to one window, but really couldn’t find out what was wrong. Said it was “turbulence”. It seems to be getting a bit worse. No water leaking. I did notice the rubber gaskets on the sides of the windshield are not aligned - on the top right it’s pushed in, and on the bottom left, it’s actually separated from the glass. Could this be the cause? I did try the painters tape along the left and right side of the windshield, but couldn’t convince myself it made anything better.

seems like a lot of people have wind noise issues, but the etiology seems to be a bit different. Adjusting a door, fixing a side window gasket, replacing a windshield, etc. Wish there was an easy way to troubleshoot this… See pics below.

i’m taking it back to Tesla for another look. It’s another four hour round-trip…

I took mine in and they fixed it. I noticed a new noise recently, above 70 mph, but it isn't a wind noise but some kind of rattle.
This is the exact issue I have, could you please try to find out what the fix was please?

OK so now I'm thinking this could be a door alignment issue- assuming all of the side windows should be flush? mine have a notable difference- two are flush the rest are not

When I picked up my Cybertruck I noticed that there was obvious (and unexpected) wind noise above about 65 mph and, if there is actually wind, then more like 45 mph. Only on the passenger side. The driver's side is whisper quiet. I have set up an appointment for Tesla to check it out but am wondering if anyone else has had an experience of this kind. Thank you!
I have also notice it, and it is driving me crazy. TESLA service said that they will investigate, but that if it does not happen at speeds around 55mph, then they can't do anything (speed limits on highways around that service center are 55).

I have had whistling in my '20 MY, the exact words from the tech were "unless you see water coming in, it's normal". Honestly, the whistling gets pretty loud and annoying, so this had kinda bothered me for a long time. I hope you find a resolution.
It’s crazy to me that every SC and tech provides different guidance on what is vs isn’t normal.

Some folks here have great SC that have great techs. Others have techs who will call everything normal and shoo ppl out the door.

you think Tesla would be able to provide SC consistent SOP in what is vs isn’t warranty covered or abnormal.

frustrates the hell out of me. I have the bad luck of living near a horrible SC.

ISSUE RESOLVED IN MY CASE: I took my CT to Cypress, TX Service Center in October for what was annoying wind noise roughly in the driver's side window area, which became audible at freeway speeds and worse if the wind was strong, and which changed to a degree if I use the window switch to raise the window very so slightly when in the closed position. I assumed it was a rubber window seal issue and/or a window alignment issue.

After a brief test ride, the Service Tech said mine was about the 3rd he'd seen. He said some of the window "roof rail trim" (long, narrow stainless piece that that goes above the side windows and extends from the front of the CT to the back quarter panel; part 9 in the attached image) were bent in the manufacturing process and failed to create a good seal with the driver's window.

It got repair last Thursday (replacement of that rail trim and new header seal) and the CT is noticeably quieter. Tech's post-repair test drive report read: "CT quiet except for normal wind noise over the nose of the vehicle."

I'm very happy with the Cypress SC's quick diagnosis and fix, although getting the roof rail trim re-wrapped the next day was an added burden.

All the above was performed at no charge.

GL!
