So Tesla states range of 318 miles (est) And with AS tires 340 miles....how is this when my truck at full charge has only shown at highest 313 miles at 100% charge?? Is this what the truck is estimating by driving habits, history? Or a complete F up on Tesla? What has your truck shown at 100% charge?

There will be battery degradation in the first year. That's the biggest degregation most see is year 1, but also the BMS (Battery management system) slowly gets uncalibrated. My 2021 MY eventually started showing 280 for total range. I re-calibrated and it's up to 294, which is reasonable.

Your habits/weather are not taken into account with that number.

Most Tesla owners just switch to % and don't worry about it. That number isn't real anyway.

Maybe some Cybertruck owners here are on TeslaFI-COM and can go into the
Charges -> Battery Report section to see what the 'Fleet Average Range' looks like. Since all the TeslaFI-COM Cybertrucks are new with low mileage many should be in their report (ie. it includes similar vehicles - see 1st paragraph text below).

Example from a family members Model 3.

Recurrent Auto tracks your battery health over time if you're interested in that sort of thing. I can't answer the original question directly as it's unlikely I'll charge mine to 100% anytime soon. The only situation I can think of where I'd do that would be if I'm towing something across a particularly wide gap in the Supercharger network. I had to do that with my Model Y more than once, but that should be a lot less likely with the CT.

Nothing new. A few years back an update said that range would change according to driving habits and anything else that affects range. I see my range increase over time when I drive slower etc. No ICE car is this honest.

Right, not new but just seeing what others have seen on their CT. I bet Noone has seen anything near 340 at 100%

I don't ever use the miles option because that number varies wildly based on the BMS best guess of what 100% and 0% SoC is, and your Wh/mile average. I'm seeing 277 miles at 80%ish, so at 100% that'd be 345 miles, which is probably just as accurate as your 313..... Though I did just drive for 6 hours from 6k feet to the beach, so I imagine my efficiency is pretty screwy atm.

The range on the screen has nothing to do with driving habits. That's all the BMS. You ate talking about the predicted navigation range.

Visit Idaho, Montana and Alberta and tell me you won't charge up to 100%.

Dodged a bullet when CT told me I can stop in 10 minutes at 80% and it's enough to reach my destination, a city with a supercharger.

Indeed trip planner showed I would have 32% left.

I go 100% anyways but ended up with 18% left in the tank.

I'm not sure what happened with the CT battery drain and usage as I have been driving normally and within speed limits.

One portion showed usage like I'm pulling an RV trailer.

I’m not sure what mine shows but I prefer to keep it at the percent view and not stress out over the miles. Plus I never charge to 100%.

It's all theoretical until you make the trip.

In this long road trip, I turned skeptical and take with the grain of salt of those numbers specially on what will be left on my destination.

I just do full 100% and now set my comfort zone at 30% on destination.
