Good luck! I filed the arbitration about 80 days about the $700 not equivalent to the purchase hardware. Still haven’t heard anything.

how come earlier CT FS buyer only get $700 voucher?

I have accepted the half-year supercharge instead of the $700 voucher in April , I don't think we can get the $2500.

We received our $2500 voucher 06/19/24. Our installer (Car Charger Specialists) says that they "will take your voucher, but the install will cost a couple hundred on top of that". He said that he has the UWC and they need "to install a meter and a new gateway".

I'm not sure about that. I'll enquire w/Tesla, but if anybody else has info, please share.

We have 2 Powerwalls + solar, non-Tesla EVSE.

You don't need anything more than what you have already to use Powershare.

Thanks, that's what I read, as well. I'm waiting for CCS to send me their quote; once I have it, I can ask more specific questions.

I feel like my voucher/hardware is in limbo now. Took delivery 5/26 but then did the quote where the installer would order the hardware. Quote was ridiculous and had no update after I paid the down payment for 6 weeks. So complained and cancelled the contract. Did the Qmerit survey and had a local electrician do the site survey. But now I don’t know if the hardware is in ordering process nor did I get an email June 4th about the voucher sigh….. Tesla really need to figure this out before rolling out the procedure and changing it midway

I think you'll need Tesla' own wall charger. Which you can buy with your voucher. Assuming you don't have the CyberBeast model that comes with the installation credit. Then you'll have to pay for installation of that Tesla wall charger.

Right. That part I knew. My installer says he has the UWC and the gateway and meter. So confusing!

I got a similar email only mine stated that I have $4000 credit towards power share or the $2500 store credit

I already signed my contract for the PowerShare but they haven’t even filed for permits. I think I might cancel and take the 2500

Cybertruck needs a Gateway to tell it that it's ok to export power. There are no extra wires to the truck, so any EVSE can work (as long as it doesn't fault on reverse current flow) and the EVSE reports max allowable current, so Cybertruck limits itself to that level.

I dont think its supposed to be an or. The foundation series comes with the equipement which is now 2500 vouchers AND beast gets 4000 installation credit.
the 4k installation credit only covers powershare install and not any panel upgrades
