I took delivery of my CT on May 18th and FINALLY have my appointment today 2 months later to address concerns I had at delivery and I THOUGHT that they would fix the outstanding recalls that are showing as I repaired on notas.gov/recalls. However when I showed up they claimed no recalls show for my VIN in their system. I shower them the NHTSA site and they just said that they can’t do anything about it because they don’t show in their system. Has anyone else experienced this? It’s the wiper motor and the sail trim recalls.
