PowerShare Bundle includes Universal Wall Charger?

I got my $2500 voucher a few weeks back and believe I ordered the PowerShare bundle. I used the whole amount. It’s supposed to come with the PowerShare Gateway and the Universal Wall Charger but the invoice and tracking info all just reference the PowerShare Gateway.

Does anyone know if this will include the Universal Wall Charger even though it doesn’t show separately on the invoice and shipping info? I’d like the installer to have everything he needs to set up in just one trip.

The only Gateway item on the shop site is the bundle for $2,500. However, it is possible to delete the UWC from the shopping cart before checking out.
Does your account order history not show both as being ordered?

Just FYI…. I picked up my CT yesterday and they immediately put a $2,500 credit in my account as a credit card to use for anything. No waiting for voucher. It shows up in my App.

Both were in my bundle and I received UWC a couple weeks ago. Gateway shipping notification received 2 days ago.

It only shows the gateway. I guess I’ll know this week when I get it. If the Wall Charger isn’t part of it hopefully they can ship that asap.

I thought gateway equipment went to installer directly. Good to know as I will be ordering this equipment soon.

Open a support case on the website. My bundle order showed both gateway and wall connector at order time, but the order confirmation email showed only the gateway. After contacting Tesla, they created a $0 Universal Wall Connector order that shipped 2 days later. I've also received my Powershare Gateway now, but they absolutely do not ship together. I assume there was some ordering glitch that affected some people. It was somebody else posting their order confirmation email with both products that prompted me to reach out to Tesla thinking something was wrong with my order.

If they are shipping direct to customer now… ive read that commissioning can be done by the consumer via the tesla one app… at least for the charged. Not sure about the gateway. Check out amazon reviews of tesla wall charger. normal log in works.

I just received the Powershare without the universal wall connector. Did you ever get reimbursed for ordering it separately? I have an install coming up the 29th and want the universal wall connector to be here.

When did you place the order? I ordered the bundle June 19th and received the universal charger but waiting on powershare.

I ordered mid-July also. Never got confirmation that a universal wall connector was included. I am wondering if it never was processed as an order even though I clicked on the bundle. I do not see any outstanding orders on my account.

Check your invoice its in the app name/email under order history.
