Powershare Complete: But missing option in CT

I had my powershare connected on 9/19, they told me it would take Tesla 48hrs - 2 weeks to see it on my app., over 2 weeks past by and nothing, now Qmerit is telling me that since I have solar panels Tesla will update the firmware at the end of the year, Does anyone have the same problem,
I can see the gateway under the section of my home info (my products), but not on CT monitor, or anywhere else

This is a survey I received from Tesla earlier in the week. It states it will be available later this year for those with solar, backup switch, or Powerwall (I have none). My electrician is coming back out on October 22nd for troubleshooting.

Thank you for sharing the info, hopefully it's not like their FSD(supervised) they kept delaying till 9/30

my electrician came back out today, he’s now installed 2 more PowerShare’s since mine without issue. Ended up going through the registration process one more time and everything is finally working on mine. I had a feeling the issue was on the Tesla side of things and sure enough it was.
