Foundation series was more expensive than this vehicle needed to be. At its current price, I would have no regrets at all. As it is, I'm not sorry, but I appreciate that buying it when I did/for how much I paid was, objectively, kinda dumb. And I'd do it again! But still dumb.

No regrets from this guy, although SHE (my wife) was the one who made the purchase decision. I was planning to wait for the non-foundation version, but I’m glad we didn’t.
You married a a good one !!

No regrets. It does everything I need it to do and still look forward to driving it every day.

If u want the options on foundation, it’s priced fine
Esp with FSD $8k and $6800 (Install and Parts) for PowerShare (no cost to me at all)!

VIN 345XX Cyberbeast - I got the wheel covers when I picked it up, got FSD a couple of weeks later, and I have an appt in December to install the light bar.

No regrets at all and I find myself volunteering to drive more than I would in previous vehicles. I do baby this a bit more than the Jeep, but I'm sure that will change in time.

What I do find funny is the online and sometimes in person hate I come across. People are just bitter these days, not only about CT, but lots of things... but I will say in person, a lot more happy/excited interactions than the bitter ones.

As long as my kid thinks I'm cool, and I think I'm cool, it's worth it. ?

Coming from a Model S Plaid I debated between the non-Foundation Beast and Foundation AWD (both $100K) until my reservation was open to configure in May. Went with the Foundation AWD and nearly six months and 4,000 miles later couldn't be happier. Prefer having the rear-drive bias of the AWD and drive it in Chill most of the time. 600hp and a 0-60mph of 4 seconds is plenty and even the Beast would have paled in comparison to the S Plaid.

Not only is it the best vehicle Tesla has ever built and most technologically advanced vehicle on the road (4 wheel steering with progressive steering is a game-changer) but it's incredibly quiet and comfortable inside. I don't think I would have sprung for FSD on the non-FS Beast, but am very happy to have it for longer drives, it's pretty awesome on highways but still struggles in around town maneuvers - particularly left-hand turns with a center median dividing lanes as well as late/hard braking and not slowing for slowing traffic in front. All those will get better, OTA updates FTW.

For us, it's a five-seat SUV replacement and fills the void surprisingly well, even for me as a first-time truck owner. It's an incredible work of engineering and makes it hard to drive any ICE vehicle, they feel alarming antiquated.

My only regret was waiting until March 2024 to order (got the invite in January 2024), because that cost me two months of time without this amazing machine, haha!!

Is it perfect? No, but no car I've ever owned has been perfect.

And I'm so glad for FS. Without it, I would've picked grey interior and core wheels. Now that I've owned the white interior with Cyberwheels, I'm so happy I was 'forced' to pick those options, haha!!

I just got my wheel covers on Saturday and now I'm complete.

I’m about to place an order for a Cybertruck. I’ve owned two EVs and no ICEVs for a few years now, so I understand what EV ownership entails, including long trip travel.

The question is not about owning an EV. Rather it’s about owning the Cybertruck. Does anyone have any regrets and would rather he hadn’t bought it. If so, could you list your reasons.

Thank you.
No Regrets! I initially had some doubts when I realized I had to widen my 8' garage doors, but it was well worth it!
