So today for the first time, I noticed a weird gap that doesn’t even make sense to me, since it’s all one solid piece. First two pics show the gap on the left side. Third pic shows how it should look on the right side. Has anyone else noticed this on their truck or know what would cause it?

The other plastic piece on the passenger bed side looks hastily assembled as well.

Also look at the contrail SS trim piece above the doors where it meets the quarter panel. It looks very misaligned in your photo.

There are two bolts that hold that in place under there. Loosen up your right side and tighten down your left side, maybe?

Either way, you're in warranty, so get it checked out for free!

Don’t some trucks have updated mechanism for how that aero cover is held on? To facilitate quick removal to work with Cybertent?
I recommend OP look at the cyber tent manual for how to remove so he can investigate that area for himself. Should be obvious why it would not be centered.

Take it in if it’s something that SC needs to deal with. Otherwise, it’s best to do it yourself because service tech can sometimes fix one thing and cause other issues.

I have the exact same issue but on the other side.
Is this purely cosmetic or does it leak into components and cause probs?

It's cosmetic, there's a gutter underneath. But that trim piece is moved in the tent install, I think? So it can be repositioned fairly simply.

Not sure - it seems the plank piece is just a tad too short, because on the other side it is perfectly aligned, so by centering it, there would be a wide gap there.
